Look at the Chicago Cubs. They were in the World Series last in 1908. A bad century. Is it lack of money, bad management, or the hex of the billy goat? This has not been a good week for the President. A Federal Judge agrees with a lawsuit contending the federal government does not have the right to establish a drilling moratorium.
