The great state of Illinois is not satisfied with the level of crime and violence today. To facilitate more murders, kidnappings, car jackings freeway shootings, DUI’s, etc. the state passed a new law effective January 1,2023. Now those who commit these crimes will be turned loose with no bail or jail knowing these good citizens will appear for their court date. And commit no crimes in the interim.
