Obama and the Democrats have framed the debate this way. Spending is OK, taxing needs to be fixed. Of course, it’s always the obscenely rich and the oil companies that need to be taxed. As if the President weren’t bad enough, he has surrounded himself with a band of fools. Lisa Jackson, head of the EPA, goes merrily about shutting down coal fired power plants without regard for how that power will be replaced or at what cost. This past week I began to wonder about the role government doesn’t play in our unemployment problem. I had some work done on my roof. I have a cedar roof and it needs to have moss removed, re-staining, and loose or missing shingles replaced. The roofing contractor was three weeks late in his scheduled arrival. Read the full article…
