This November election will have a deep impact on all lives. I started this blog in January 2008 because I was concerned my grandkids would grow up as the first generation with a lower standard of living than their parents. My entries from that time until Trump was elected were to support that and beg for change. We got it with Trump.
For the past 3 1/2 years I felt it was going to be different. The economy was roaring and jobs were plentiful and pay was good. Not just for my grandkids who were starting to graduate from college but for everyone. Blacks included.
Then came the virus. I promise you no one could have done a better job of fighting this terrible disease. The big key was shutting down travel from China which every Democrat criticized. Perhaps his biggest mistake was Fauci. A weasel who is wrong all the time and never fails to criticize the President. Even for suggesting drugs that turned out to work like Hydroxycloroquine.
Then comes George Floyd. What followed is a precursor of a Biden presidency and a Democrat Congress. Black lives only matter if a white cop is involved. They don’t matter in Chicago, Atlanta, or NYC where black kids are being murdered. They don’t matter to the black business owners or their employees who were hurt by looters.
This is a media driven distraction to take your eyes off the country as it was before the virus.
If you don’t like Trump’s style, and I don’t, put your family first not the media. President Trump does. Every politician is scared to death of the media, but not Trump.
He put you first. A rising tide lifts all boats and the best thing this country can do for blacks is to keep getting them good jobs like Trump was doing. Build the wall to reduce the flow of drugs from Mexico which is the true blight of the inner cities and the root of the murders.
This election comes down to this. If you love your country it’s Trump, if not, it’s Biden. He will turn us into CHOP.
Sign in front of the Jewish temple in my town: All lives don’t matter until BLACK LIVES MATTER.
Guess they didn’t want their synagogue burned to the ground.
But there is no rage mob.
Right on the money Bill.
Thanks for the time and effort you put into your blog.
I have enjoyed it over the years.
