Here is the Federal Payroll for the month of March, 2009. One month. By department. First column is total dollars, second is for full-time employees.   Rest assured, all numbers are up dramatically since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, the private sector has slashed payrolls and improved productivity. Hence, profits and stock prices are up as well as unemployment. As you look at these numbers, what do you think a management team with accountability and good judgment would do with  this budget?
