Is China Hacking into US Computers?

I just read the Tom Clancy book: Threat Vector. It’s a story about the Chinese military hacking into US military computers and waging war with us using that advantage by taking over our drones, etc. Then news breaks that Clancy is right. They are doing that and we don’t seem to be able to stop them.
