Senator Cummings who is enjoying a nice vacation in Italy is accusing the President of racism for pointing out the problems in Baltimore. Seems the Feds have given the city $15 billion and nothing has improved and the President would like to know where his money was spent.
President Trump may be making several points. First, do Senators really care about what happening back home? Second, if all the major cities with major problems like Baltimore are run by Democrats do you really want Democrats running the country. Third, Cummings might be crooked.
