Let me introduce you to president Obama’s uncle Omar Obama, the brother of of Barack’s dad. Omar has a little drinking problem, plus he’s been here illegally like many of Barack’s Kenyan relatives. In 2011 Omar knocked back a few brewskis at the Chicken Bone Saloon and got picked up for a DUI. He used his one phone call to call the White House. The White House press announced there was no record of Omar and Obama ever meeting.
But, it’s back. Uncle Omar in front of a judge, under oath, at a deportation hearing said the nephew in the White House once lived with him. He told the judge that in the 1980’s while he was in Boston avoiding deportation, Barack Obama briefly bunked with him in this Cambridge apartment while Barack was studying at Harvard Law.
So, here’s the White House explanation for the confusion. When Omar called in 2011 no one in the White House discussed the call with the president. Hence, the president didn’t really lie about not knowing Omar, he was never asked. Does this sound familiar? No one ever discusses anything with this president. He knows nothing.
Here’s the latest White House press release on Omar. ” The president first met Omar Obama when he moved to Cambridge for law school. The president did stay with him for a brief period of time until his apartment was ready. after that, they saw each other once every few months, but after law school they fell out of touch. The president has not seen him in 20 years, has not spoken with him in 10. ”
So, Barack, who used Chicago friends for his first election, then never took their phone calls again, used his uncle for room and board, then refused to take his phone call from jail. He’s his brother’s keeper, but not his uncle’s keeper. What does this say about this president? He can lie to you and me about knowing an uncle, but when it’s finally outed that he did know him, say he was never involved with the first lie.
Omar got his green card. We will never know if he deserved it or if it was granted to keep him from taking more about what might have gone on in that Cambridge apartment in the 1980’s. After all, America can always use another old Kenyan with a drinking problem who is on the dole.
