Obama uses tax dollars to campaign on college campuses. He calls it official business. College students are still in awe of this man. That, in itself, says a lot about the educational system today. If college students were really aware of the world outside the campus they might be more inclined to boo rather than cheer this president.
After all, 53% of college graduates under the age of 25 are either unemployed or underemployed. With an average student loan of $26K. Do college students and those college graduates really think this is George W. Bush’s fault.
It’s now said that graduates with degrees in social studies and African history, like Michele Obama had have little, if no, chance for a good paying job. But, before Obama that wasn’t the case. In a normal economy, like the first 6 years of the Bush administration, they got jobs Employers were hiring young people with liberal arts degrees with the knowledge that they were smart and could be trained to do most any job.
So, kids, wise up. The man standing up there telling you he will help you, won’t. If you get so excited you vote him another four years you can expect more of the same.
My advice to you, since you aren’t smart enough to figure this out for yourself, is to learn to lay bricks. It will pay better than that job you have now at Starbucks.
If the economy gets well, post Obama, whenever that might be, the job market may get tight again and you might someday be able to use that liberal arts degree.
You control you own destiny. Vote for Obama and become a mason, or vote for Romney and stay at Starbucks for a year or so and get a real job and pay off those student loans.
